1) Why does my username and password no longer work?
If you have previously been able to log into the site and can no longer
do so, the problem may be either: The username and
password are case sensitive and upper and lower case letters must be
exact or the login will be rejected. You MUST enter the username and
password EXACTLY as you entered them when you signed up.
Your account has been disabled. This may happen due to either your
membership has expired, too many attempts with an incorrect password, or
because the account was found to have been compromised and multiple
users gained access using the same account. If your

4) Am I entitled to a refund if I
cancel before the end of my thirty-day membership?
If you cancel before the end of your 30-day membership, you are not
entitled to a refund. There are no free previews offered of the
membership area, and the amount of time you spend in the membership area
is neither monitored nor restricted.
5) How does the charge appear on my
credit card statement?
Your membership fee will appear as a charge from “CCBill: King Carr Wo”
on your statement. There is no reference to the web site name.
6) What software do I need to view
the web site?

7) Will my name and email address be given out to
other companies?
3DBIKINIS.COM will never sell, trade or otherwise distribute the names
and email addresses of our subscribers.
8) Why can't I download the models?
The images featured on this site are slightly different than standard
jpegs and are intended for online viewing. In order to download from the
Quicktime plug-in you will need Quicktime Pro. Please remember the
models on this site are for your own personal entertainment and you must
not redistribute any content from the 3DBIKINIS.COM web site.
9) How soon do you answer emails?
We attempt to answer all emails within 24 hours. Answers for more
complex issues may take a little longer as they are sent to the
appropriate department.
